Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your seafood arrives in optimal condition. Products that are cool to the touch upon arrival are acceptable and safe for consumption. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Timeframes

  • Overnight Delivery (1-3 Days): Available for domestic shipments within the United States.

  • Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure timely delivery.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 3 PM Alaskan Time Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the next day at 8 AM. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday by 3 PM Alaskan Time will be shipped out on Monday at 8 AM.

Delivery Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of frozen seafood:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided.

  • Inspect the package immediately upon arrival.

  • Products that arrive cool to the touch are still safe for consumption. Please report any concerns within 8 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and weight of the order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipments are not available for delivery on weekends or public holidays.
